Welcome to the Project Website for the Village of Winnebago’s Comprehensive Plan and UDO! This website will be used as a tool for public outreach throughout the planning process. All project news and events will be posted here in the future.

Please check back and watch for social media posts to know when and where you can get involved. We will hold multiple rounds of in person and online engagement to guide this entire process. Get involved now by filling out our comprehensive plan survey.

This website will also publish all planning documents. As the plan is drafted and feedback is gathered, reports and highlights will be published to the documents page.
